Thematic groups

Thematic groups are groups of people who share a topic of common concern.   Within the KIPUS Network, they represent a locus for discussion, and collaborative and articulated work around issues involving the teaching profession. They have been created as a strategy designed to respond to the need for focusing our collective efforts, providing orientation to research initiatives, and identifying common teaching objectives

The call for the Fifth International Meeting of the KIPUS Network adopts this line of collective work. The first thematic group experience reflects the spirit that will drive this encounter.

The following groups are currently active:       

• Initial and in-service teacher training challenges
• Professional development and dimensions of the teaching profession
• The teaching profession and changes in the social realm
• Trends in the teaching profession in the face of change
